From Italian background, incredibly talented Chef Alessandro studied and graduated from I.P.S.S.A.R. "G. Magnaghi" in Parma, Italy. Classically trained by Luciano Pavarotti's first chef, Alessandro gained a very valuable experience in the culinary arts. He worked throughout Italy and Europe in some of the finest and most reputable restaurants. Upon his arrival to the United States he expanded his knowledge even more about the american cuisine.

With years of culinary experience spanning between Napoli, Modena, and New York, Maria has cultivated a unique style that blends Italian tradition with international flair.
A natural host , Maria brings warmth and charisma not only to her kitchen but also to every event she touches. Her approach to cooking is as sunny and welcoming as her personality—celebrating flavors, stories, and connections around the table.
