After 25 years working as a corporate trainer for a large restaurant chain, Sharon decided to move to catering and has since grown her business into one of South Florida's fastest growing off-premise catering companies. She excels in event design, planning and catering management.
Alessandro

From Italian background, incredibly talented Chef Alessandro studied and graduated from I.P.S.S.A.R. "G. Magnaghi" in Parma, Italy. Classically trained by Luciano Pavarotti's first chef, Alessandro gained a very valuable experience in the culinary arts. He worked throughout Italy and Europe in some of the finest and most reputable restaurants. Upon his arrival to the United States he expanded his knowledge even more about the american cuisine.
